3. Bookings

3.1 All bookings must be made in advance through the appropriate channels specified on our website.

3.2 A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from Bella Divan.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment for services must be made in full before the commencement of the engagement.

4.3 All payments are non-refundable except as stated in Section 5.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.

5.3 In the event Bella Divan needs to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative appointment will be offered.

6. Conduct and Behavior

6.1 Clients are expected to treat Bella Divan and our companions with respect and dignity.

6.2 Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 Bella Divan respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

7.2 Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Liability

8.1 Bella Divan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
